The service was quick, though I found the breakfast lacking the quality I expect in a complete meal. Sadly, they were out of sausages for some reason. Nevertheless, the food was delicious and the coffee was of good quality.

The coffee... read more We didn't end up having lunch here as planned, but we decided to make this place our go-to spot for morning coffee (hotel room coffee never cuts it). The coffee is great, the staff is friendly, and the customer service is excellent. We will definitely return when we're back in Cardiff.

The atmosphere in the beautiful Edwardian arcade is fantastic, making it a great experience to sit, people-watch, and enjoy delicious coffee. This place has definitely earned its good ground prizes. Can't wait for my next visit - it's a must!

The service was quite slow but there was only one waitress serving, and then they had problems at the end with the card machine causing quite a queue. Would recommend.
