The service was quick, though I found the breakfast lacking the quality I expect in a complete meal. Sadly, they were out of sausages for some reason. Nevertheless, the food was delicious and the coffee was of good quality.

The coffee is great, the staff is friendly, and the customer service is excellent. We will definitely return when we're back in Cardiff.

The atmosphere in the beautiful Edwardian arcade is fantastic, making it a great experience to sit, people-watch, and enjoy delicious coffee. This place has definitely earned its good ground prizes. Can't wait for my next visit - it's a must!
