The food is amazing, and the staff is excellent—especially Becky and Jason! The atmosphere is incredible as well. The employees provided us with numerous local recommendations for sights in the area. The food far exceeded our expectations and was very reasonably priced. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect way to end a day in Wales.

Paula and her team were amazing taking into account my dad's dementia and my mums mobi... read more Organised my dads 90th and mums 80th joint birthday meal at the Thackery. Paula and her team were amazing taking into account my dad's dementia and my mums mobility issues. Decorations and the joint cake was dropped off the night before and Paula even offered to help if needed on the day. On arrival, Paula assisted my mum to her seat whilst I was seating my father. As per preorder, Sunday lunches were served with extra big yorkshire puddings, with extra gravy and sauces offered. Kids menu was also available. Paula assisted with the joint cake which was quite heavy, in order for us to wish them both a happy birthday and also a member of her staff assisted cutting it. Nothing was too much trouble despite outside challenges Paula was experiencing. Lovely food Excellent Customer Service. My parents had a wonderful joint milestone birthday.
