I asked what the iced chocolate was and unfortunately neither of the Bristol quite knew what the menu on that item meant however was very informative very polite and eventually made me a rather wonderful cup of hot chocolate and my best girl a great latte. The place has a decent amount of charm and I'd always recommended for exactly as they say having your second cup of coffee of the day.
