I prefer dining at their smaller outlets, as I find it to be an advantage. The staff is friendly and attentive, although the atmosphere is not as intimate as in larger restaurants. The prices are reasonable and the parking facilities are convenient with undercover parking available. The restaurant also offers good accessibility for those with mobility impairments. I felt sorry for the woman on the till as she was simultaneously having to deal with customer orders and take food out to the tables. She was very friendly though and dealt with an issue with our order well. Quality of the food is fine for the price, although I was disappointed that the new vegan burger wasn't available. I do not recommend this restaurant. My bill was incorrect and when I brought it up to the staff, they were rude. I felt embarrassed as they seemed to find it too much effort to correct the mistake.
I would not recommend dining at this restaurant. It is dirty with uncleared plates and trays left around. The staff tried to assist, but the online ordering system does not accurately reflect available items. I will not be returning.
I have always enjoyed the delicious food at the café in Morrisons Cardiff. The meals were always cooked perfectly and the prices were quite affordable.

Complete and utter shambles. Waited almost 60 minutes for gammon, egg and chips! Naively thought maybe it was a one off but this is the second time I've waited over 45 minutes for a basic lunch. Don't bother eating here unless you want to spend the entire afternoon waiting for it. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
