The food is good, though the customer service is quite bad. I came here for the first time on recommendation from a friend I was with. I'm a student and I went to order on the till, but there was only service available on the screens. I was very confused about all the options to add and build so it took a long time. When I added my NUS discount, the price went up! I did not realise in time as I was in a hurry by this point, but when I looked at my receipt I realised the system had charged me double for making the items a meal. When I went up to the staff to ask them to cancel the order and I would do it again correctly, they said they were not able to do it. And when I asked what I could do then, they offered extra food or more items, which I refused as I just wanted the same food i had ordered, but at the correct price. They said that I should contact the website and they would sort if for me. It then all became a little awkward as I wanted some solution and staff were just unable to help. I have now contacted the website and have received no answer even though it's been a couple of weeks. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I just bought my lunch from here and being a vegetarian is sometimes difficult. buy these youngs had many options boiled to perfection amazing service. great place to eat even just downloaded app, makes it easier to thank again.
