How... read more The verdict: KBS serves outstanding kebabs. It's true that there are other spots on City Road where you can find excellent kebabs in a more upscale setting. However, if you're simply after meat, broth, salad, and sauce, you won't find a better option than KBS. In my opinion, it embodies the quintessential kebab shop.

I enjoyed three sk... read more I visited this kebab place on a Monday night when it was the only option available. It was quiet, clean, and offered great value for Cardiff. I enjoyed three skewers of chicken kebab served with fresh salad and sauce. After finishing my work, I returned to buy some of the home-cooked flatbread/naan they serve (which was exceptional). It was a lovely dining experience, and I will definitely be back, even though it's a 20-mile drive.
