Abierto en octubre de 2018 por Tommy y su pareja Nikki en el corazón de Pontcanna. Queríamos ofrecer una experiencia gastronómica divertida, relajada y accesible, creada en torno a la forma en que a nosotros mismos nos gusta disfrutar cuando salimos a comer. Desde nuestros asequibles menús de almuerzo de 5 platos, hasta nuestros menús degustación estrella, nos centramos en la temporada actual, utilizando solo los ingredientes locales más frescos y, lo que es más importante, cultivados en nuestro propio ‘Huerto del Chef’. Tommy trabaja muy de cerca con todos nuestros proveedores para garantizar que obtenemos productos de la mejor calidad. The kitchen is very well equipped. I've been here a few times now, and each visit has been great. The only minor drawbacks are that it can get a bit loud at times, and the lighting is a bit too harsh in the evenings. However, dining outside on the terrace in the summer is a delightful experience.
Went heaneys for Sunday dinner, eat very good taste in all dressed and they were presented beautifully. waiting staff very attentive.
Absolutely blown away by the brilliant food here. We had the set menu and the value and quality of the food was seriously impressive. With the menu changing to regularly I think you'd always be in for a treat. We'll be back again to try out the tasting menu!
Couldn't fault it. punches well above its weight with flawless food and a very good value for money. Wine list could do with a little improvement but we were informed its a work I progress. Definitely recommend
What an amazing lunch. Outstanding food and great service. Can't wait to go back again. Our sourdough bread with marmite butter to start and a little taste of pork belly with mint sauce started the meal. Both were delicious. Then I had the crab custard and tomato tartlet with smoked sardine and lime mayo. Every mouthful was delicious. My main meal pork belly, cheek, scotch egg and beetroot looked too pretty to eat but, again, it was amazing. The scotch egg had a taste of curry and the pork belly was amazing. Every mouthful had something different to enjoy. My dessert chocolate, banana miso, Jerusalem artichoke and walnut finished off the meal perfectly. The chocolate was so smooth. I finished with coffee and another little extra a creamy piece of Fudge!!! It was lunch heaven. Well done!!!
