Chicken Shack - Cardiff

This restaurant serves the best chicken in the world. I ordered the peri peri wings and they were so delicious that I almost had a foodgasm. I highly recommend them and would go as far as to say that I would die for them.

Had food from here before was good, but today I ordered and the order was shocking! Ordered a burger separate salad and chips and 2 pieces of chicken… It came… Salad in burger and chips were french fries and rock hard and 1 piece of chicken… Rang the shop and the bloke didn’t believe me and his attitude was really awful basically said that I had 2 pieces of chicken! Asked a new one as this wasn’t what I ordered and he said take it up with Uber…no refund he put the phone down on me …

This restaurant is a fantastic choice for a quick takeout meal. My partner and I have been regular customers here. The prices are reasonable, especially for pickup orders. The food is of high quality, and their homemade chicken dishes are delicious and unique. With a diverse menu, you'll never get bored of the options available. The owner is friendly and provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend this restaurant for a tasty meal on the go!

I order from this place because their food is tasty but the service is awful. As I type this review it has been one and a half hours since I ordered my food on a Wednesday evening after being told it will be 45 minutes. I was told 5 minutes half an hour ago. Whether we actually get any food remains to be seen. If you need your food in a timely fashion don't order from here.

The service at this restaurant was extremely lacking, despite my request for a late cancellation and refund. The staff did not accommodate my request, and I left feeling very disappointed. I would recommend avoiding delivery from this place.
