Excellent location, welcoming staff, and nice coffee and snacks. The food is tasty, although slightly on the expensive side. The staff is consistently amazing and goes above and bey... read more I absolutely adore Caffe Nero Roath! While the chairs may be a bit worn, the sofas are incredibly cozy. The staff is consistently amazing and goes above and beyond to help. The tea on the menu is delightful, and we often have trouble finding good tea elsewhere, but Nero’s is superb. Additionally, the freshly baked treats on display are always a wonderful bonus!
