Cafe Zest is pleasant enough and the snacks tasty. The staff have always been friendly. It could do with a bit of a revamp though as the menu has been the same for years.

During our visit to Cardiff, we stumbled upon Cafe Zest and enjoyed a delightful brunch. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the food selection was not only fantastic but also tasty and reasonably priced. It was a very enjoyable stop.

I popped in for a quick lunch and found plenty of seating available. I enjoyed a delicious soup and roll at a very reasonable price. The menu is limited, mainly offering snacks, but the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

I stopped by Cafe Zest on Saturday afternoon for a coffee and some lunch. I usually don't find the service impressive at shops and cafes, but credit must be given where it's due. I want to say a big thank you and well done to Grace (I even took note of her ID badge!) for her exceptional customer service. She was engaging, polite, and attentive, making me feel valued as a customer. My coffee and ham and cheese croissant were delicious as well.
