Really best Flat white I have had in last 5 weeks whilst travelling in Spain , France and UK. Service: 4
No coffee art, burnt coffee taste and dirty tables. Shouldn't be charging that much for a mediocre coffee. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
Fantasic helpful staff who are so friendly. Advised me on what drinks I would like and were spot on. Unfortunately I then fell over outside spilling a drink. I re ordered and they did not charge me for the refill, also checking I was ok etc. wonderful staff and top quality coffee too , 5 stars !

I just wanted to mention how amazing the staff at this restaurant are. We decided to skip breakfast at the hotel and stumbled upon Cafe Nero while taking a walk. The service here was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to take care of our food and drinks. Despite being busy, the staff seemed to be enjoying themselves and were quick to jump in to assist, even before finishing their own breakfast. Thank you to everyone for a wonderful experience.
