The prices are great, the staff is great, and the food is great. The menu has a great variety with plenty of options for vegetarians. The prices are very reasonable. The service is friendly and welcoming. The seating is a bit cramped inside but worth it. There is plenty of seating outside or for those with dogs. Table service is a nice touch. The coffee is great and the portion sizes are generous. It was a bit too loud for my liking, but it improved after a noisy table left. The toilets are spotless, but you have to walk through the staff area to get to them. Parking is difficult to find, but it's worth the 20 minutes of searching for a space!

We were fortunate enough to find a seat outside, and our furry friends were allowed to join us. The staff were welcoming and promptly seated us. The ****** Mary cocktails were perfect and the food was not only well presented but also delicious. We would certainly return for another visit.

I had the cappuccino, the non alc Bloody Mary and the meaty muffin stack, all of which were 10/10. Will be back tomorrow for brunch with bf in tow!
