We went to Bill 's for a family birthday meal and were disappointed at the portion sizes and very slow service.Our last visit, pre Covid, had been excellent, so we were really looking forward to it.Two of us had salads, which were listed as containing avocado. My wife and I stopped into Bill's for dinner after an afternoon tour of Cardiff Castle.
Absolutely love this restaurant! Atmosphere, food and service were amazingUnfortunately I don't live in Cardiff or I would become a regular customer.
The food here is superbThe decor is awesome and the staff are great.
The staff were friendly, although the was a palpable feeling that they were under pressure. Service was brisk! Sadly, the food was a bit of a let down. My wife's macaroni cheese had very little cheese in it, and was bland, while my food had no seasoning.
We came to eat after going to the movies and it was quite nice and chill. My girlfriend and I had vegetarian burgers with some hummus halloumi and it was very good. Liked it and would recommend!
