After we walked the nearby beach, we arrived in the restaurant hot and gloomy. we sat quickly near a ventilator who provided a brittle and offered us cold cloths. after a cool drink we ordered the tuna tartar appetizer, which was a refreshing mix of cubed fresh tuna, seasoned with zilantro, sesame oil, and only a hauch of jalapeño. after a delicious beet and apple salad, accented by a puppen coat by marscapone, I enjoyed my entrée by mandeln, who created red snapper with wild spinat; my man had the filet mignon with crispy kartoffels, which were tasted with thymian tenderly. both were incomparable! we have aromatized with cappuccinos and a cream broth with nutmeg. during our meal, our waitress, hugo and his assistant were friendly and attentive, deftly patted every cure to offer a cozy gourmet of incredible food. if they are looking for an amazing culinary experience in a casual environment, I recommend to try brand 's bar and grill. they will not be disappointed!

ONLY COMPLAINT... if you're going to carmelize onions.... USE REAL BUTTER!! The bread is great but comes with flavored oleo balls... yea.. no... jump up to real butter.. costco sells it.. and the return rate of customers will totally increase!!!!!!
