Located... read more A must restaurant if you are in the area. The name S'Olia refers to the hotel, the restaurant has another name. A splendid place to have a good dinner! Located at the riverbed of Fiume Pelau (dry already early July) in a remote location 5 minutes driving from Cardedu not a place you. accidentally find. Dinner is served on a large terasse with a spectacular view on the mountain ranges and sunset (if you come early enough). Service is very attentive and friendly, waiters speak Italian and do a quite good job in English. The food is absolutely fantastic Sardinia style, come hungry and eat through a traditional Italian meal with antipasto, primo and secondo and if you can try the half frozen with Myrto a treat as everything here. Sometimes on Fridays there is Sardinian night with music (too loud for my taste) and very traditional food including suckling pig.
