El restaurant només és obert en temporada d'estiu, i els productes surten de l'horta que hi ha just al costat de la finca. Tot preparat manualment, fins i tot el seitan, la cervesa o el pa. Filosofia zero-waste, ecològica i tracte súper amable i atent.

There are more vegan options than a few years ago! And everything is delicious. I go every year, and they have never disappointed me. It is a little bit expensive, but the staff are really nice.
