There's a warm welcome, and a relaxed, friendly atmoshere. The food is the best of caribbean cooking; it all looks appealing but I can only vouch for the seafood; the swordfish steak and the octopus fricassée were each exceptional, pefectly cooked and presented with flair. The food is full of flavour; not overly spicy, but they do offer whole chillis separately, so you can make it as hot as you like! The prices are very reasonable, for this quality of food and service. The service is excellent, attentive without being intrusive, It's good to see that the chef visits the dining room occasionally, to see that the customers are enjoying her food.. I will definitely be a regular, this place is a great asset for Carces.

The smell of the Creole cuisine is breathtaking. Patrick is a charming and pleasant host and patiently explained to us the exotic fruit and ingredients used in their kitchen. Be careful with the rum loaded punch !
