Brilliant! Super-fresh, delicately prepared, friendly hosts, family friendly, nice and cool inside, FABULOUS drinks list with genuine Japanese drinks aplenty. Best sushi we've seen in any of the French cities outside of the big five. A great little gem hiding in this gorgeous part of France. Makes a lovely change from the intense French food. Visited Carcassonne recently and found this little gem. The younger guests in our group aren't open to sushi so we ordered takeout at midday for an evening pick up. Visited the restaurant and the food was delivered fresh and on time. Was blown away by...the decor of the restaurant before they opened proper.
