He doesn't even bother to look at us, let alone listen when we speak to him. He's a heavyset man with shoulder-length brown hair and light eyes, I think, but I'm not sure, because as I mentioned earlier, he neither listened to me nor even looked at me. So, I canceled my order. Apart from this man, the service and staff are good.
