Place Carnot has many restaurants available to all and one that appears popular with the locals is Chez Felix. There are strong links to rugby league as the photographs on the walls confirm. We enjoyed a croque monsieur and croque Madame in pleasant surroundings. Great service, value for money prices and a location to observe the bustle of central Carcassonne. Absolutely dreadful food. Ordered a croque monsieur and fries both of which were not fit for consumption. The fries were soggy and greasy and the so called croque monsieur was anything but a traditional croque monsieur. It was obviously that the food had been prepared earlier and micro waved as it arrived out way too quickly to have been made to order. Beautiful place for drinks, friendly staff. I tried the rigolo, the local aperol splash and was very happy with my choice. recommended
I stopped some drinks here. it was a very good choice. despite large terrace the service was super fast. the waiter was super friendly and funny. the price is right. recommended!

Small bar or reception is friendly, and friendly, ideally located on the square. vintage spirit, if you love rugby to xiii, you can chat with the boss or employees, former leaders and supporters!
