Autour Du Fromage - Carcassonne

Beautiful city where you have to spend time discovering everything. many alleys full of charm, many restaurants (in all, very reasonable prices! , pretty shops and workshops to discover. the tower of the ramparts is beautiful. many parking spaces for animals are allowed inside the city but not in the castle. We fell under the charm! we highly recommend you!

We had a cheese and meat platter here as well as a few drinks. The place has a quirky yet authentic feel about it with great service to match. The six cheeses provide were all great but the three yellow cheeses were the standout, most delicious. A good selection of ham and salami finished off with some bread and pesto rounded it off nicely, overall a great experience. At €39 for a platter for two and two drinks it is on the expensive end but I would still recommend it.

A very quaint cheese shop with some unusual but great tasting cheese. A plate of cheese, some cold cuts and a few glasses of wine and you will be happy.

One tasting of fromages and charcuterie, 2 glass of wines (2 fingers each) and a small baguette...27.50 euros...

It's pretty. one of the most beautiful and large medieval city to see in france. and night shows are beautiful. sound and the light show explaining the story of the incredible city. people with reduced mobility can request access to the course without making the staircase and admire the show.
