Slightly changed... read more My friends and I had not been to Pinocchio for a long time. It was closed due to renovation for some time but fortunately now it is open again. Slightly changed on the inside but still warm, cosy and busy. For a first course we all had the pasta with courgette and shrimps, for second course wel all had different things, the dessert was a piece of cake with chocolate pieces in it, we had coffees and water and wine with the meal. And all that for 10 euro per person. The staff is very friendly and extremely efficient. They even remembered us after such a long time.

Always packed so may have to wait for a table as you cannot book tables.

We arrived in Carcare on a Monday to find that all restaurants, other than this one, were closed. We booked a table for 20.00. So pleased we did as restaurant was packed. The food, one of us had ravioli and then both of us had pizza, a small pitcher of wine and 2 coffees. All were absolutely delicious. And the cost? €26. Unbelievably good value. Can't rate it highly enough. Hardly 2023 prices more harking back to early 1990s.
