Starbucks - Carbondale

They are very rude people that’s works there n he should be fired and they are not nice people at all and they run away homeless people

This is the best Starbucks in the area, possibly the best in Southern Illinois. Always spot on, fast and courteous staff. The staff have the ability to provide an excellent experience and they do every day. The store across town needs to take pointers from this place.

They are super sweet people everywhere I have to go I have to make sure everything is gluten free so when I ask and I explained to them why I'm asking they always tell me not to worry about asking and not to feel bad about it because I know it can be annoying to some but very thankful to this company for showing love to just regular customers

Love going and getting a hot chocolate or a hot mocha. Love their pastries too.

This Starbucks location used to be my favorite. The old staff was so nice. The current workers, 2 in particular Cheyenne and Krista, aren't very nice. Matter of fact, they can be downright rude. You should not be working at a place known to be extremely friendly If you are not a friendly person!! When I see that they are working, I just turn around and walk the other way and go to the other Starbucks in town.
