What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
About a 20 minute wait in the drive thru at noon.They didn't have one of the drinks we ordered, said they ran out an hour ago, well BEFORE we placed the order.One of the drinks ordered had become cold, the drink we subbed was still hot.One of the drinks was barely mixed at all, all of the syrup was in the bottom. Happy to see that a new location in carbondale appears after so long and it is always busy, but it takes almost no time to go through the line inside or drive them thru. friendly staff that always serves coffee with a smile.
Extremely quick drive through even when backed up to the road.The staff is courteous and polite even at 5:00 AM.
Needed some coffee for a pick me up as well as getting my pup her pup cup! Love coming here the staff are very friendly and always happy to give a drink recommendation!
