Fujiyama's Japanese - Carbondale

We have dined at Fujiyama's several times in the past, and this time we opted for a dining room experience instead of the Hibachi. It was fantastic! The service is as excellent as the food, and everything was served promptly. I couldn’t ask for anything more!

I have been eating at fujiyama for a while. I lived here for college when they were in their old location and now I'm living here again. I went there at least weekly before. Their new building is very nice. Their food is good. I wish they had more special rolls for sushi. Service is always good.

Fujiyama Japanese cuisine in Carbondale is a real pleasure. We got the Hibachi. The cook was great! He talked to us with the coolest tricks!! Everything was perfectly cooked. My only complaint is the quality of the meat. It is a difference from night and day between lunch and dinner. And everything was great! 4 stars today only because of meat quality.

I’m currently in Carbondale, IL for work and have been searching for a good sushi spot. I think I’ve finally found one that offers great quality at an affordable price! I tried the Springfield Roll and the Butterfly Roll, and both were delicious. I’ll definitely be returning to sample more items from the menu while I’m here!

Hibachi offers delicious food, and I've sampled everything on the menu. Lunch can be pricey, but the service is quick. I usually visit a couple of times a month for lunch or dinner. It's definitely one of my favorite restaurants in Carbondale.
