The restaurant Robin's Nest now has new owners, but the quality of the food remains excellent. I recently had lunch here and found the food to be delicious. The Chicken Salad sandwich with fries was particularly satisfying. View all feedback.
What Θεόκλεια Αθανασιάδης doesn't like about Robins Nest Motel and Cafe:
The motel room was okay but could have used better lighting and an end table by the bed. Room was clean and very cheap, so you get what you pay for. Was convenient to stay there one night and we were out and about all...day so only there to sleep. View all feedback.
Despite being under new management, the restaurant's decor remains the same: a simple, clean, and friendly diner. My husband ordered the patty melt, which was delicious with a juicy burger patty, grilled onions, melted cheese, and toasted brown bread. The only downside was that it did not come with fries, which was surprising considering the price. I opted for the Taco salad, which was also simple yet tasty. The salad featured romaine lettuce topped with seasoned chicken, tomatoes, green peppers, and cheese, all served in a crispy tortilla bowl with a side of salsa for an extra kick. The service was friendly and efficient, with staff frequently checking on our table to refill our drinks.
I visited this restaurant for two days. The cafe was nice, clean, and served good food. However, the water pressure in the shower was not great. Despite this, I would still recommend this place, especially if they improve the water pressure.
We were often in this restaurant and always consider cake. it was always a good service and delicious good food. this time I ordered cocose cream cake and tasted the top that seemed delicious, so I took a second bite and it tasted. I turned the cake and it was burned down. the waitress was not in the room to call, so I went into the cash counter and brought the burned cake to the waitress, told her it tastes bad with a burned taste and that I don't feel that I have to pay for it. when we wanted to pay the bill, they accused me of the cake. I told them it was a mistake in the attack. the owner came out and told me that I had eaten the ecstard and therefore had to pay. he also told me I was a bad guy. I told him that we often come from winnipeg to eat there, and that there is only a bad piece of cake and I didn't want to argue. he replied that I was a bad customer and that he had good customers from toronto. he said he didn't care if we were back. I was stunned! incredibly bad reaction and bad customer relations safe. we felt like going out, but paid for our meals and drinks. this kind of answer for a burned piece of cake? I think he protests too much! that would never have happened to the previous owners. review today: 0
On the way to great service and delicious, plentiful eating. the house made cakes are worth a stop if they only need a pick-up.
Had to stop for a business meeting Convenient location along the Transcanada highway located about 35 km east of BRANDON The rooms are older but squeaky clean and the staff were amazingly friendly I had breakfast in the cafe attached and it was cheap and...good and my waitress was wonderful She was polite and quick and the food came out fast Good stop if you want to avoid the cities
