The full day rafting trip was awesome, as well as the lunch that was prepared. Our guide Grace was excellent. The resort was very nice with great amenities. We stayed in a logdominium which was very nice and perfectly located. We arrived around 8:00 at night and was looking forward to having dinner but the kitchen was closing at 9:00 so we were not able to have dinner. Please make sure to eat before you get there if... What Christopher Smith doesn't like about Northern Outdoors:
Went with a split group. Half the group arrived around noon the other half were on ATVS and had complications so they didnt arrIve until closer to 2. Appetizers that were ordered 30 minutes after the first half of the group arrived didnt get to the table until just before the ATV group. Beautiful location, and very accommodating of my company's lodging needs for the week. The convenience of having the bar and restaurant on-site was hard to beat after getting back from an exhausting day outside. The cabins were clean and quiet.

We had a fantastic day on the Kennebec River (5K). The entire team was excellent from beginning to end, with a special mention for our guide, Molly, who was truly professional and made our day both enjoyable and memorable. The BBQ on the River was delicious (you definitely won't leave hungry). I highly recommend Northern Outdoors and look forward to planning another trip in the future. Room rating: 4/5.
