Ordered a regular tea with bag and got a steeped tea instead. It should have made no difference, but at the last few THs in Ontario and Quebec the steeped tea and hot chocolate and iced latte seem to be watered down with little flavor. After being a regular customer for many years, my motivation to stop at Tim's is fading. View all feedback.
