Le Caraquette

Pour un resto style fruits de mer, c'est la place. Le service est très rapide et le personnel est très chaleureux.

We had the seafood platter and decide for the price that it would be plenty big for two people, very wrong never have had a seafood platter so expensive for so little. It was busy and they forgot us for a while, lucky it was a nice evening on the deck. Food was ok but won't be back.

The food was great. The service was fast and polite. The restaurant is lovely. The view was fantastic. But what stands out for us is that our waitress helped us find a hotel after our reservation wasn't respected at the place we had booked. After I got off the phone with the inn she had called, I heard another waitress say that if that place couldn't take care of us, then she would stay with her daughter and we could stay at her place. I am so grateful for their kindness.

Superbe endroit et super service! Petite terrasse qui donne sur la Baie des chaleurs... On y retournerait sans hésiter!

We had the seafood Casserole and seafood lasagna...both were excellent, and were reasonably priced. The garlic mushrooms with melted cheese were so tasty, but only 4 came with the order for $8.99 was a bit steep. Amazing views, service excellent.
