Hotel Paulin Restaurant - Caraquet

Our food was delicious - the Arctic Char perfectly prepared, served by owner Gerard. It was a very quiet evening in the restaurant of this hotel, service was relaxed, and we enjoyed the conversation with other guests. It was not inexpensive, and the 15% gratuity was automatically added into our bill. Breakfast was also delicious as well, but was not included in our hotel cost. It was an additional $18.00 for the two us us, plus tax and gratuity. We're not complaining, just letting guests know ahead of time.

We ate at the restaurant several nights in a row while staying at the hotel.the food was amazing and one of the members of our group is gluten intolerant - the restaurant went out of their way to provide her with great choices too.It was a great experience every night with a different menu each time

My husband and I had a superb dinner at Hotel Paulin.We both had the haddock which was wonderful.The dining experience itself was very nice.We had enjoyable dinner guests and the atmosphere was excellent.On the flip side breakfast was way overpriced.We had stayed at Hotel Paulin and although we knew breakfast was not included it should have been.We were still full from the beautiful meal the night before and just needed a little something.We had a fruit cup each,1 piece of toast each.We split a yogurt.I had a glass of orange juice and we both had coffee for 9 bucks apiece.Yes knowing that , we should have found somewhere else but in the morning it is just nicer to relax and stay where you are before starting your day.

C'est un endroit enchanteur une belle vieille maison avec une vue exceptionnel. Mais mon problem est qui lorsque j'ai acheté des certificat cadeaux pour des gens dans mon entourage, La propriétaire ma bien dit qu'il n'y aurais aucun problem avec mes certificats de 300.00$. Alors lorsque les gens en voulu utiliser leur certificat en group et bien payé la différence pour leur repas ils ont refusé de leur faire une reservation en leur disant que la cuisine était fermé. Plus tard dans l'année même histoire les certificats na jamais peu être utilisé j'ai perdu mon argent et le cadeau que j'ai fait. Je suis très décu car je sais que c'est bon manger là.
