Customer service doesn't have the slightest idea or they feel so embarrassed that they don't even want to know. The worst food, I doubt the quality of the preparation, the ingredients and hygiene (the frozen beef, thrown on the floor to defrost. I appeal to you to close this urgently, as in addition to embarrassing Portugal's restaurants, it seems to me to be a health situation public. My complaint will be reported to the competent authorities
