What Nandakumar Unniyattil doesn't like about Ronaldo's:
Room service needs to be improved. Many amenities need to be provided in rooms. Such as mugs and buckets in bathrooms. Hangers in cupboards. Breakfast needs to be served from at least from 8:00 am onwards. More taxis should be available on call. All the staff are very courteous.
