This is an special restaurant. First it is located inside the army fort named Fuerte Tiuna. Civilians are allowed to enter to the restaurant. Talking about food, well this is mainly an asisn food restaurant, and the quality of the food is excelent. A bit noisy as the most restaurants in the city. The food was good. Its a venezuelan take on chinese food. Its like comfort food at its best. The honey glazed fried chicken was amazing. The fried rice and veggies was a bit old and tasted the part too. We had some noodles with meat and onions and they were good too!!
