You can tell the cook and staff really care about the food and presentation. Everything from the anteprime to the secondi were superb. The staff was also friendly and helpful, making suggestions to help us decide what to choose. The restaurant is also in a great location in the downtown part of the city with a lot of fun things going on. Highly recommend if you come to Elba!

The ambiance is nice, the service is good, the wine list is ample, but the quality of the food is outstanding. The creative chef dares to experiment, taking the menu well beyond your standard fare. I particularly liked the handmade fish ravioli and the locally caught tuna.

Every meal is yet another experience of delicious food, especially the fish , extremely fresh, bought from the Pesceria in the village every day. We particularly appreciate the simple, very tasy and all homemade feel of this charming restaurant. Anti pasti 's are a treat , and the wine list provides local Elba and tuscan wines try Zingari ! at a reasonable price. To finish, the delicious home made Torta typical of Elba, with it 's own little glass of sweet local wine. We have tasted many restaurants in Elba and this one is definitly our n°1 !

Fresh fish caught daily, prepared by the owner, or a menu with a wide selection.

We were first introdu... read more This restaurant is located in the center of Capoliveri, on a quiet street. The waiters and owner are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We were first introduced to the fresh fish of the day (especially the meagre fillet). The appetizers were good and plentiful. The octopus in red wine was particularly special. The meagre was delicious, both baked and grilled, and served with generous amounts of vegetables. The prices were absolutely fair for the service and food.
