Their specialty is panigacci, both boil... read more Excellent food in a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. During our stay on Elba, we chose Panigacci almost every night. Their specialty is panigacci, both boiled and cooked. These are not local to the island, but rather from Lunigiana, but have a special flavor on Elba. The octopus, fried fish, and grilled meats are excellent. The bill is the final highlight of a pleasant evening.
