Okay I better kick up my Italian a few notches and move on from just buongiorno and grazie. I point to order a Caffe Bacio. Thank goodness the young lady speaks more English than I thought. Thanks to her kindness I calmed down. Caffe Bacio is a great fix for one 's caffeine craving, chocoholicism, hazelnut ravers, dessert lovers. It 's an all in one. Tops the Cafe Brasiliano and the Cafe alla Noccioloa I had the other days. The barista lines a miniature martini looking glass with hazelnut syrup. In the center he places a chocolate truffle. The other barista hands him a shot of the liquid caffeine elixir. It is added over ther the chocolate truffle. Then sprinkled with crushed hazelnuts. Note: served with a small cup of sparkling water.
