The place was dirty, and there was just one server handling everything—from seating guests to cleaning tables. They really need to enhance their staffing, especially during the busy holiday season. We waited about 40 minutes for food that was cold and not very appetizing, and unfortunately, it made us feel unwell as soon as we got home. The server was trying his hardest, but seriously, Chili's... you need to make some improvements!

The wait times are exceptionally long, and they frequently get orders wrong, even when you've clearly mentioned any food allergies. They often charge the incorrect amounts as well. We've had to call a supervisor on several occasions during our visits to resolve these issues. To make matters worse, the bathrooms are the worst in town—worse than those in downtown parking garages frequented by homeless people. These restrooms appear to have not been cleaned since 1998. Is there a fundamental misunderstanding of how to operate a restaurant here, or is it simply that no capable individuals are willing to work in this establishment?
