Was Angela Wickham at Colroys a mag?
The curried egg sandwiches at this restaurant are the best! They are generous with the amount of eggs they use, so you always leave feeling full. I love them! I always make sure to stop there for lunch now. View all feedback.
What Rebecca Powlowski dislikes about Colroys:
we thought here was a quick lunch and chose a meatball subcut with sauce and cheese. it was obviously only quickly fought on the back and was threaded too long so that the bungalow was quite hard and chewing. there are sitting opportunities here, but the place doubles as a corner, so there is a constant stream of people who get in and out, and it is not a particularly cozy atmosphere. the furniture is also very commo... I regularly purchase my lunch at Colroy's and am always greeted with a friendly smile from the staff who accommodate my food requests. There is a vast variety of food available from pies, fish and chips to sandwiches and rolls.
We go and get our Fish and Chips from Colroys. they are 1st class, The service is good the girls are professional and very friendly, All the food is delishous. If you have a meal there or take it home. Its still good. At Colroys you...can get your petrol. you can get a nice cold drink or icecream. You can have drinks, breaky lunch or dinner. Or just a home made pie or a yummy cake for morning or afternoon tea. Its not a big place but on the banks of the Capel River.
We live near Capel and find Colroys to be very reliable with their food quality and provision of newspapers etc. Great home made sausage rolls and relaxed friendly service.

Wow and wow again!! We were travelling around the South West of Australia and decided to go inland a little way to visit Capel and Donnybrook. We arrived in Capel in the scorching hot sunshine of a typical January day downunder! From where we'd parked I could see the café - it was right opposite a gorgeous little Church that I wanted to photograph. On walking down we decided to go into Colroys and get some cold drinks and maybe something to eat as it was almost lunchtime. It was like walking into a friends house, all the staff were so friendly and were genuinely interested in our trip. We decided to order a couple of their beef and mushroom pies and took a seat whilst they were heated up. They were out of this world! Good home cooked, wholesome pies that were tasty and certainly hit the point for the rest of our trip!! They also serve their pies with chips depending on how hungry you may be.I would recommend Colroys for a tasty midday snack in a friendly atmosphere..

Colroys Country Kitchen is located in the heart of the township of Capel. Great Fish and Chips, burgers and other meals are available. Local petrol station with easy access for boats and trailers. Adjacent to the Capel hardware, there is plenty of parking.
I had a wonderful breakfast at the restaurant this morning with my partner. The service was excellent and the staff behind the counter were lovely.

The staff at this restaurant was amazing and the hamburger was the best I've had in years.
