It might be better to... read more I was really disappointed with dinner tonight, and it was quite embarrassing. Our vacation guests had to witness a frustrating experience. It might be better to close the dining room and just serve food at the bar instead. Although you have dining room staff, customers were made to wait unnecessarily. The food wasn't as good as it usually is, and the service was lacking.

It reminds me of the charming hotels in the French Quarter of New Orleans. Everything is exceptionally clean, and the customer service is top-notch. The restaurant is great, and the bar adds a lovely touch. I would definitely stay here again.
