Was Bridie Cole at Whet a mag?
Yummy fresh lunch. I had grilled barramundi; moist and seasoned to perfection. Other meals- tempura battered barra- light and cooked to perfection as was the burger- flavoursome. The chicken curry was also great- fresh and great flavours. Highly recommend. View all feedback.

our waitress was shocking ,she was more interested in serving / talking to locals at the bar. other tables were served by an english girl and she seemed much better and was doing her job well. food was average. we were told the fries here were great ( the menu says Parmesan fries) we ordered them based on this recommendation and we were given a bowl of plain fries with tomato sauce . nothing to write home about ! the... Awesome restaurant just off Cape Tribulation. Very nice terrace and pretty good food. Worth it!
In the same area of Cape tribulation there are better ones. The service a little slow. The dishes nothing special. Indeed with somewhat questionable variants. We haven't tasted the desserts which seem to be the highlight. Australian prices
My family (including 3 children) loved our dinner in whet! we all had barramundi, chips and salat and everything was really delicious. we can see why this place is so popular.
Two nights in the daintree, without doubt the best place to eat here. we have actually booked to the next night after the first it was so good. great atmosphere with feen lighting decking in rainforest. very friendly staff....Nevers camp caught (pain.) I ate the chicken curry both nights (best I have in Australia) but everything looked great on the menu. make sure to book as it was always busy.
