However, I’m quite disappointed that tips can't be added when using the card machine. This is the only station I've encountered that has this policy, and as someone who rarely carries cash, I feel sad that I can’t leave a tip for the excellent service!

Alongside enjoying the delicious menu, I also had my car washed there, and they did an outstanding job! Kudos to Shell Bergvliet for their excellent service!

I returned today to... read more I had an alarming experience at Shell in Bergvliet recently. I visited two days ago and noticed the Redbull fridge was empty of small cans. I returned today to find the situation unchanged. I decided to take a few small cans from the shelf display and put them in the fridge, but a staff member named Mimo reacted strongly, removing the warm cans from the fridge and placing them back on the shelf. When I asked who the manager was, he claimed he didn’t know and was quite rude about it. I took a picture of him for my records in case I needed to report this later, and he attempted to knock my phone out of my hand. I firmly warned him not to do that again. As I was leaving, he tried to block my exit unless I deleted the photo. I had to push him aside to leave, and although the argument wasn't severe, he resorted to name-calling. I hope Shell can verify this incident with their security cameras. The experience certainly overshadowed my interest in their menu.
