Focussed on food as medicine with lots of fresh and natural ingredients matching the health ethos of a gym where many members are health conscious and adventerous. Today I had the Health Nut Smoothy Bowl and a Peanut Butter Blue smoothy drink.

Previously, I found health food to be quite bland and with limited options, but after dining at Nü a few times before and after my workouts, I can't get enough of it. I've tried about four items from the menu: Zosia's Greens, Mango C, the Vegetarian Korean BBQ, and the Vegetarian Wrap with BBQ sauce. Each time, the staff have prepared these dishes perfectly, always making eye contact and even providing a straw when serving. I particularly enjoy the mineral water's pH; many brands can have a strange saline taste, but the pH7 of this water was incredibly refreshing. I definitely want to explore more vegetarian options on the menu.

They turned out to be an excellent post-workout treat! I also tried a strawberry protein smoothie, which was very refreshing. The staff were incredibly friendly, and I was pleased to see a wide variety of vegan options available as well. I highly recommend checking out Nü!

They also prepare an excellent cappuccino, and their smoothie options are fantastic. If you request something for a specific time—like after your workout in an hour—they always have it ready and warm. The service here is wonderful!
