Well this time we had a way better experience than we did at the Santa Barbara location. First of all one of the employees who worked there held the door open for us. Second we were greeted upon entering. Another employee took our order right away. The order itself for 3 adults only took a few minutes and was correct. I asked for no answer. I don't have a ranch or buffalo on my buffalo pack. this time was not really a fan of my packaging. I can't put the finger on it, but not as good as before. View all feedback.
Great place. Food is not “heavy” and very tasty. Staff is nice, everything is clean. Definitely will come back.
Love Tropical Smoothie. One of my favorite places. Very very fresh food and awesome healthy elective delicious variety of flavors. Highly recommend the only issue that I had was, issues with my cellular carrier, and the network during a storm. I don't know how I can get my points on to my account. I asked two different employees at the drive-thru and neither one of them had an answer. One of them even mentioned asking their manager but they never came back. So I'm lost in limbo in regards to my loyalty points. Other than that the place is awesome

Always clean, this is a top tier smoothie café. The drive through is always fast and efficient too.
So I actually live closer to the Santa Barbara location and drive completely out my way to stop at this tropical smoothie at least twice a week. Ever since new management at this place its been a complete turn around. The general manager Sebrina is simply amazing and goes out her way for every guest . They're fast, polite, on point and the store is always clean. Also one of my favorite employees there is Gen. She's always working hard and goes above and beyond. If looking to stop and get a smoothie this is definitely the go to spot.
