What User doesn't like about Steak 'n Shake:
My Frisco Melt was cut in half, and I visited the website because I thought the chocolate milkshake would taste like soft serve instead of the usual hand-dipped ice cream. I'm not sure when they made the change to the ice cream, but now it tastes like all the other options out there—more sugary than rich chocolate ice cream. View all feedback.
Was not very busy. the first time in a long time. while eating, said the chef stop ordering to take until I get caught and say again, the other workers take no orders until I tell them. thru drive thru. think they need a new cook

Singie patty so small. Cold melted cheese. Entire sandwich not hot at all. Was sitting there for hours before I bought it. Always terrible service.
I got the Double Steakburger with extra pickle tomato (free toppings) and fries for $4. Got the large cheese fry upgrade, all in including tax for less than $7.Ordered via app and was ready in about 5 minutes, quick service, pickup was smooth.Cheeseburger was good, not great, pickles are terrible here. Asked for mayo and barely got any. Cheese fries were seasoned well and plenty of cheese sauce that was pretty good and warm.Good value for amount of food you get, recommended.
