Kfc - Cape Coral

This KFC is fantastic! The interior is spacious, which makes it feel less like a fast-food restaurant. The staff is excellent, and the food is delicious. It's definitely one of the best KFCs I've ever visited. The trip was well worth it!

Another long-standing food franchise struggles to stay relevant in today's fast-paced society. The service was quite slow, as the staff seemed overwhelmed. I ordered four bowls of their delicious cold salads, which I would rate a 5, but had to wait while the employees juggled handling the drive-thru and my order as the only customer inside. It took over 10 minutes for my order to be ready. Nonetheless, the cold salads were excellent, as always.

I was really disappointed with my experience at the restaurant, mainly because of the manager I encountered. He looked quite disheveled and seemed to have a very poor attitude. Throughout my visit, he treated the female staff members terribly, constantly belittling them from the moment I placed my order until I finished my meal. It was really disheartening to watch. After seeing how he treated those employees, I decided to leave, feeling quite upset. I hope this feedback reaches the right person, as it would be great to have a better leader in place to ensure a more positive experience for both the staff and the customers.

Service I ever had a car. I order a 4pc all drums extra crispy it repeats it back to me and after my order it is all thighs. personally, no thighs like why I ordered drums. then the manager goes on to tell me they don't have drums and he told her that and she said I was okay with legs I warn. Not only that, but never gave me my drink or additional cookies I had ordered. it must be new management and personnel in this place. seriously kfc has gone down the hill, always my favorite ff no longer be.
