The food is consistently terrible and and the owners don’t seem to care. I come here to play pool often and it’s well known to eat before you get here because it’s borderline dangerous to eat here. Last month I was served raw chicken in a strip basket and tonight my friend was served spoiled ham on his club sandwich. It’s a guarantee you will be dissatisfied with your food.It’s almost like whoever is in the kitchen hates their job and wants to get fired so they can go on unemployment but the owners are on to it and refuse to fire them. That’s the only explanation I can think of.The service is incredibly slow but that could be due to understaffing and poor training because there are a few great servers (Gwen being the best). Most of the time you can bet on seeing a server once every 1.5hrs.The owners, who live out of state, are known for watching the cameras and micromanaging the staff but that doesn’t seem to correlate to better service. The pool tables are nice and there are a ton of them so that’s pretty much the only reason anyone comes here.

First time here we hear a lot of reviews lot of people giving it one star because of the staff and horrible service so we're going to see what it's all about. So so far so good the atmosphere is great the service is actually not bad at all so definitely recommend this place very big very spacious prices are good very reasonable to play.

Lisa, the frivolous and capricious manager will be the doom of this place in my estimation. Shouting, insulting and lying to employees is very unbecoming of someone in this position. The employees here have my deepest sympathy for the verbal abuse and humiliation that they endure all for the sake of a paycheck. Any future customers or review readers, if you have any respect for your fellow humans and or condemn this sort of abuse, take your business elsewhere. Perhaps then the ever so silent owner will seek a change in management and select someone who doesn’t share the traits of a narcissist or sociopath.

Diamonds is a great establishment, Kylie was our server and she made the experience that much better, before I even finished my first beer she already had another beer for me without me having to ask. The tables are great quality and the atmosphere is amazing. The onion rings and wings are one of my favorites. I’ve been here a few times and have never had a bad experience. Highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a family friendly place to enjoy some leisure time and good quick food!

My friend and I went in had a good time, I paid my tab and my friend went to pay his and the waitress disappeared! Went to the bar to pay the tab, they said “ We can’t do that you have to find your waitress!” So we looked around for several minutes and couldn’t find her. We went back to the bar and asked for the tab again and the manager lady (if that’s what you want to call her) started yelling at me and calling me rude names. I looked at her and told her to be careful that word of mouth is a powerful thing! She thought that I was threatening her and I told her once again to be careful and started to walk out the door with her hot on my heels still yelling at me. The waitress finally showed up and asked my friend to pay the tab in which he did and was told to not come back. If I was the owner I would be completely ashamed of the staff and how they handle their customers. I’ve never seen a business not want to get paid for the services rendered. I personally will not return as the food is okay at best and the service is HORRIBLE!!!!
