Unfortunately, the customer service is quite poor; there seems to be a lack of warmth in dealing with different customers. The atmosphere is lively and enjoyable for parties, but the food quality has declined. It was exquisite during my first visit three months ago, but not anymore.

If you enjoy Hispanic cuisine, I highly recommend this restaurant. There are a variety of flavors to explore, including dishes like Ropa Vieja and Bistec de Palomilla, among others. The espresso coffee is fantastic as well. As for parking, you won't have any issues finding a spot, as there are plenty of free parking spaces available.

I had an excellent experience at the restaurant. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was outstanding. From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with smiles and promptly seated us, showing great attentiveness. The food and drinks surpassed our expectations. I highly recommend it!

Had lunch here yesterday. It's been about 5 yrs since I've last eaten here, now I remember why. When our drinks were brought out the ice was dirty, had black particles in them. The food was ok. The rice was a little hard, the beans were ok, could use some flavor, the steak was very disappointing. The steak seemed to be a slice of steak umms and it was seasoned in just vinegar with onions and served cold. I had a beef empanada, it was super salty and extremely greasy. They did not drain the meat. The seating needs updating as you sink when you sit in the booth. The service was not well. Our server was very nice but took extremely long to check in on us.
