Cold Stone Creamery - Cape Coral

I?m not one to complain but this is a HEALTH HAZARD warning. My wife went and bought a birthday cake at this Cold Stone location in Cape Coral. The small Oreo cake she ordered had a CHEMICAL TASTE and SMELL. The taste resembled hand sanitizer. Verydisgusting and disturbing. Trying to have the remaining cake analyzed by a reliable lab and have spoke to a attorney. I can?teven believe this is possible.

This visit was the worst. I have a nut allergy so they have to prepare my order in the back. Today I was served soup ice cream. The employee failed to inform me that the ice cream wasn?t frozen. It was so melted it was dripping Dow the cup. The ingredientsweren?t chopped up very well. It appears just thrown in. I don?t know if I will go back.

I don't know they sold smoothies! Yesterday the Blueberry Banana tried and was blown away! It was tasty, not too much sugar, and calorie info was on the menu. I wish it was a bigger place bc it was so crowded and no one wore a mask except my family, including the staff, and they seemed very busy throughout, but everyone with me seemed worth it for their treatment.

We love Coldstone Creamery. The portions are a good value. The service was great. The employees are friendly and patient. The only thing that I disliked were the people before us. They were rude and unbearable to the staff. To their credit, the staff was very Patient and helpful anyway.

DONT LOVE IT! Gave it a second try after the first experience was subpar. Once again we were rushed through with terrible service and terrible ice cream. $7 for vanilla ice cream and 1 oreo. Love coldstone but not this location, don't waste your time or money here.
