We went to the area on vacation and everything was always fresh and delicious. We ordered all types of sweets and bread. I can't speak for the food as we did not order it but highly recommend. Went multiple times

Casa Roja Bakery leaves a lot to be desired in several aspects. To start, the service was downright deplorable. The staff showed a complete lack of professionalism and good manners, treating customers with disdain and little respect. The experience was so unpleasant that it seems they don't even bother trying to improve customer service. As for the products, the quality was equally disappointing. The sweets I tried seemed old and not at all fresh, as if they had been sitting in the display cases for days. Nothing I tried had the vibrant, appetizing flavor one expects from a quality pastry shop. Also, the mamey shake was a complete disappointment. I don't know what it was made of, but it definitely didn't have any trace of mamey. It was a failed attempt to offer something exotic, but it ended up being a tasteless drink with no identity. As if that were not enough, the organizational chaos within the premises is unacceptable. For anything, whether ordering a sweet or picking up an order, you had to wait in long lines. The lack of efficiency and organization was evident and turned what should be a pleasant experience into continued frustration. In short, Casa Roja Bakery urgently needs to improve both its customer service and the quality of its products. With the current state, I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant, quality pastry shop experience.
