I was in the tire department. I was waiting. the young lady calmed me down and found me the ripe I needed. I was in ca. 1.5 hours in and out. the young man brought my keys to me and told me that the locknut is back where I had them. everyone was friendly and helpful. much better service, the Great Britain matures View all feedback.
What Sigmund Reinger doesn't like about Bj's Bakery:
I came to this store to get supplies for my family's business. One of the supplies were Hot Dog Brötchen and when I and my mother checked, there was mold on the back of the Hot Dog Brötchen. also, the day above all, we tried to separate the rolls to our costumers and the rolls straight in our hands!!! It’d be great if they could tell you about their hour lunch break when they call to let you know that your glasses are ready for pickup. Just drove a half hour here for no reason.
Have advertised products in stock. Make the print on prepared meals ledagable. Such as Wesley farms Prepared foods to cook at home. Had to call customer service to ask how to prepare chicken parmasean. She went and looked for me got the info and she couldn't read it either!
Renewed my membership. I got a package of pasta, but it was full of bugs. I took it back and asked for a manager. I was told that I couldn’t see one. Waited 20 minutes in line for the customer service person. They called for a manager who never came. I left because I didn’t have the time to wait. Won’t go back. It’s understandable that occasionally you have things that happen with food products. But for no one to care enough to address it, that’s just sad.
Have been a BJ's customer for 2 years. Received a renewal in the mail. Oversight on my part and forgot to pay the automatic renewal fee. Went to the BJ's in my area and talked to the customer service about the renewal which with late fees was now $51. I told them that I wanted to cancel my membership and pay the $51. They told me if I would keep my membership they would only charge me $13. I agreed and paid the fee. They said everything would be okay. 2 months later I look at my credit report and my credit score with experian had dropped from 796 to 672. A drop of 124 points for $51. It was my mistake. I didn't pay the bill. It was over 30 days late. And when I got the next bill and discovered my mistake I went to BJ's immediately and corrected this oversight. But come on. 124 point drop. Cancelled my membership. So the only thing they accomplished is losing a customer and anyone else I can persuade to not shop there.
